I don't make resolutions, but sometimes I turn over a new habit that happens to coincide with the beginning of our calendar year. Not a fan of January or February....to cold and dreary and rather boring...all the lights and pretty stuff from Christmas goes away. view post

Me too Alhana that is why I go to the gym and workout. The physical exertion helps to counter act the winter blues. view post
