So, what are you all doing with your summers? posted 21 Jul 2004, 00:07 by Grantaire, Moderator

Myself, I have a rather long list of books that I have been recommended (thank you OF and Larry  ). Additionally, I've made it my goal to teach myself calculus. Then band camp, and back to school. Fun summer. And the rest of you? view post

Well, I took Astronomy and Anthropology courses in summer school last month, played my clarinet in the orchestra for a musical, am helping out with a summer program for junior high youth at my church, and otherwise am spending all the time I can reading before heading back to school next month. view post

Same thing I do everyday, try to take over the world. lol Chasing the kids Clarkesworld? Is that for money that they owe you, to get the car keys back or just for fun? lol As far as I know you spend years ferrying them about as a cabbie, then just as theyre getting ready to leave they nick the car and you dont get to go where you want. Hours of fun. lol view post

worrying that a couple of members could be grandparents before long, lol. Just think it takes you years to get away from taking your own kids to the beach, then they leave and you think great, peace and quiet, they then turn up with thier own kids and expect you to take them to the beach. lol view post

This does not bode well for the future. -Neil view post
