Now having just read that he's currently in the UK and since I cant get down to london, Im hoping that he may decide to take a day out to Manchester, perhaps maybe do a signing at Waterstones Deansgate or some such thing. As I would love to get my copy of TDTCB signed. Probably being a little bit cheeky here but hey, you dont ask you dont get. lol :D :P  view post

:D Sorry Drosdelnoch - there was a miscommunication somewhere. I just received an email from my S&S UK editor asking me if I was truly in London, which I am, here in Canada, though! Apparently I was spotted with Tyra Banks... view post

The Windsor date is in Canada as well, I'm afraid. I live in a derivative nation it would seem  view post

When will you be in Montreal ? I would meet with you. I think you're quite attractive for someone your age  G. view post

I'd say the same about Montreal! For the foreseeable future I'm homebound though, working on this little thing called TTT  If I remember correctly, though, Penguin is planning to send me cross country for the tour next fall... view post

I'll definitely PUSH for it! They skipped straight to Calgary when I did the tour for the first book... I like Winnipeg. view post

Hi, Just wondering whats going to be happening now that Orbit's taken over the printing of your novels. Are they planning anything special as I know that they will be printing TDTCB around a month before TWP. Will you be doing anything in the UK? Ive just been getting annoyed as Ive been waiting for TWP, Simon and Schuster still have it down as a Feb release, although they admit that the contracts now changed Publishers. Still as a bright side by the time TTT comes out the UK may only just have TWP available. lol view post

The 2 month delay is the drawback of switching publishers, but I'm sure the positives outweigh the negatives. Orbit is very excited about the series, and Darren has a keen critical eye. I have been bugging the bastard to ship me over to England, trying to convince him I'm opinionated enough to be media-worthy, but as big as my mouth may be, I'm still a small-fry. Rest assured, if they ever do give me the green light, I'll be doing cartwheels all the way to this keyboard! view post

Finally get to read the second part, Orbit in thier wisdom have published the two novels in the series in successive months. Now all we need to do is start pro RSB mailling them to see if its a possibility. view post

UK Dates posted 13 Jun 2005, 14:06 by Cu'jara Cinmoi, Author of Prince of Nothing

So it's looking like this: Sharron and I actually will be in London for about three days or so sometime late August or early September for an event or two... As soon as I find out anything more concrete, I'll post right away. view post

Update... posted 01 Jul 2005, 15:07 by Cu'jara Cinmoi, Author of Prince of Nothing

Life, as always, has found a way to screw things up. The good news is that my wife has just landed a plumb job with Oxford University Press. The bad news is that all our travel plans for this summer have been cancelled. We just have no idea what her schedule will look like. view post

That's still good news though really. I wish I would've gone Prince of Nothing bonkers in time for the Warrior-Prophet signings and stuff, I was actually living in southern ontario then. view post

Well, Penguin keeps making noises about a cross Canada tour... view post

I hope Sudbury is still considered in Canada  Of course, any cross-canada trip should use the trans-canada highway, which incidentally has a Chapters just off of it, if you're driving though Sudbury. :D view post
