It's not really fair to compare salvatore's books with bakker's, they work on two different levels-salvatore's books are written (and read) for entertainment, while Bakker's work on a more intellectual level. both of them are doing their jobs and deliver to their fans what they expect.[/quote:20r5cwcl] Yes, salvatores readers expect crap and he delivers year after year, book after book.[/quote:20r5cwcl] im sorry but i'd really have to disagree. Ive read many salvatore books and the bakker books.. theyre two different types of fantasy books. salvatores books are shallower plot books with a few themes.. but many just action packed stories. bakkers books are much thicker and not as deeply action-ful… i started reading salvatore in middle school [im 16 now] and i still read them alot.. ive read the bakker books all right after theyve come out and i like them more but they take much more time thought and commitment. two different authors two different styles alot of great stuff im my opinion of course remember: to each his own view post

thats really quite scary and freaky… i wonder what people like that could do… like kellhus did/does view post
the problem will kellhus is you need someone who can do the action stuff and the more.. thinking stuff. reminds me of russel crow sorta. gladiator and a beautiful mind.. but he doesnt look right to me. i dont think anyone could look like him and do both sides of him correctly view post
but how would you combine a tripod an s-curve on a weapon? it would need to be a distance thing to sit on a tripod, but what would the S-curve be? view post
